Zhejiang Cardiffseal Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. adheres to the service standard of "all-round, high quality, fast speed", and takes customer satisfaction as the goal, and hereby makes a public commitment.


1、 Service commitment

1. Our company has set up a group of tough emergency maintenance service teams, with experienced field engineers and senior technicians, who can arrive at the site as soon as possible to repair and replace any problem.

2. Within one week of product delivery, the staff of the after-sales service department of our company will follow up the customer's contact information by telephone until the customer is satisfied.

3. All complaints about product quality shall be answered within one hour, and arrived at the site within 48 hours. The handling measures shall be determined according to the complaints, and maintenance and replacement shall be carried out.

4. Our company promises that all maintenance personnel will be available at any time to better solve problems for customers.

5. During the warranty period, our company shall bear the expenses arising from product quality.

6. During the warranty period, we will provide maintenance free of charge due to your improper use or natural environment. Materials and accessories used for maintenance are only charged at cost.

7. For products beyond the warranty period, our company promises to conduct regular on-site inspection and maintenance for life.


2、 Mode of transportation

1. All goods shall be delivered to the customer free of charge for installation, commissioning and maintenance. The maintenance personnel told the customer how to carry out product maintenance until the customer was satisfied.

2. After the installation and commissioning of all goods are completed, the customer can check and accept before leaving the site.


3、 Goods return and replacement commitment

1. The returned and replaced products shall be provided with complete external packaging, accessories, instructions, warranty cards, invoices, delivery notes, and explanations of the reasons for return and replacement.

2. If the user has quality problems under normal use, please contact our company quickly within the warranty period, so that the user can get timely maintenance and replacement.

3. Under the following circumstances, we cannot enjoy our company's return and replacement commitment.

a. The product has been used abnormally.

b. Storage under abnormal conditions.

c. Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse and modification.

d. Normal wear and tear of products.

e. The shelf life is exceeded.
